I would like to have a retreat at your villa but have never planned one. Can you help?
Yes! Beyond Measure has planned over 50 retreats and can help you create an itinerary that helps meet your goals and takes advantage of the beautiful healing environment and the history and culture of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. We offer some foundational planning support to help the client envision their desired experience with all rentals. In addition we offer additional customized services for a full villa buyout.
I am planning a retreat that requires more than 5 bedrooms, but I would love to use your property in some way. What would you recommend?
There are few options.
If you just need a few more bedrooms, and prefer a home atmosphere, we may be able to facilitate you renting another home in the neighborhood and the Trade Winds Villa can serve as the home training/experience base.
There are multiple hotels and condos in the neighborhood within a 5 minute drive that can accommodate large groups. The Villa can serve as your base and offer creative spaces for gatherings with no restrictions on food and beverage consumption.
Can I use your property for a multi-day experience with my clients vs a retreat?
As long as the events are an organized entity that promotes healing, expansion, growth, creativity… it will be given consideration. Some examples include- a 3 night vegan cooking class, 4 night reiki training session for instructors.
The group villa rental rates and solo reset rates state they are exclusive limited time offers. Please clarify this.
We are excited about the possibilities and want people to heal, to love, to laugh, and to develop a consistent level of peace. So, quite honestly, the rates are just a gift from my heart to yours. The posted exclusive limited time rate will remain through March 2025. Trade Winds Villa is currently undergoing a massive renovation and is taking reservations now for on-site experiences that start in early June. This gives you time to plan, and begin your pre-arrival preparation. The calendar is already garnering quite a bit of attention, but If you book your experience TODAY, then you have at least 4 months to plan for your first reset.
I am a practitioner that works with a client that would like complete privacy during our stay.
We are able to accommodate one client. To facilitate the most tailored Beyond Measure experience, we only schedule one group or one client at a time unless previously agreed upon. However, there is minimum villa rental of 3 rooms for 3 nights regardless of how many rooms are used.
My best friend and I would like to participate in a solo reset experience at the same time, do we have to share a bedroom?
We love the idea of two people resetting separately – together. The property has both private one or two bedroom accommodations available. You can choose to stay together in a one bedroom with two queen beds or two separate bedrooms with a queen bed.
